As we operate predominantly an online store, we understand that you may change your mind on items once received, so we are pleased to offer flexible return options!
Return Rewards
Choose our store credit option and receive an additional 10% to spend on your next order.
We accept returns on all full-priced items for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a refund or store credit, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original packaging, unworn and unused
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, as we do not offer free returns.
Please note that sale items, including any orders with discounts applied, are not eligible for returns.
Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on earrings, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund.
