Returns and refunds
We understand that you may change your mind on items once received, so we are pleased to offer flexible return options.
Return options
To be eligible for a refund or store credit, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- The item must be in its original packaging, unworn and unused
Store credit: If you'd like to return the item and receive store credit, we will provide an additional 10% discount to your next order.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or store credits. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on earrings, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund.
Returning an item
To return your item(s), please email us at contact@veyze.com and include the following:
- Order number
- Item(s) you would like to return
- We will send you a shipping label to return the item in its original packaging
